Your contributions will directly impact the quality and efficiency of deliveries to BMAT customers, making you an integral part of our mission.\nKey Responsibilities\nActively participate in the troubleshooting and technical problem-solving for complex issues affecting the quality of our monitoring and reporting services.\nContribute to the maintenance and evolution of our operational and recording systems (familiarity with Linux/Bash scripting is a strong plus).\nDesign and implement automation scripts and tools (using languages like Python and SQL/MongoDB) to replace manual tasks, optimising the management of large volumes of data.\nEnsure data quality and the scalability of implemented solutions, providing clear technical documentation for knowledge transfer.\nYou will collaborate closely with the Operations team and the Business Line, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.\nRequirements\nPreferably +1 year experience working with large datasets, focusing on data analysis or data processing.\nExperience managing larger, multi-step projects or client setups.\nExperience providing direct client support in a technical environment.\nStrong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering excellent service and results to assigned clients.\nKnowledge and experience in the music industry is preferred but not mandatory.\nStrong computer literacy and data handling skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nExperience with coding and database access is a plus. Basic skills in Python, SQL/MongoDB, or Bash scripting are highly valued.\nComfortable dealing with large amounts of data and numbers.\nDemonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nPossess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nAbility to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.\nProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.\nCollaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nFluency in English is a must.\nPlease note: We are hiring for multiple Operations positions, and language requirements may vary depending on the role.
