You will collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Partners, to identify customer problems, prioritize investments, and bring innovative AI-driven solutions to market.\nIf you’re passionate about translating emerging AI technologies into differentiated customer value while ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives and the long-term AMI product strategy - this is the role for you!\nKey responsibilities include:\nDefine and own the Mainframe Agentics product vision, strategy, and roadmap.\nDrive commercialization of AI and autonomous agent capabilities across the AMI portfolio.\nPartner with customers and industry leaders to validate use cases and product direction.\nDevelop business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for new capabilities.\nLead cross-functional teams through product discovery, development, launch, and adoption.\nEstablish success metrics and monitor customer adoption, retention, and business impact.\nRepresent the product strategy to executive leadership, customers, analysts, and partners.\nRequirements:\n10+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS enterprise software environments.\nDeep understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and autonomous systems.\nExperience with observability, automation, AIOps, or IT operations platforms.\nStrong knowledge of mainframe operations, systems management, or enterprise infrastructure.\nData-driven decision making and product analytics expertise.\nExperience defining platform APIs, integrations, and ecosystem strategies.\nStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.\n#LI-Remote\nOur commitment to you!\nBMC’s culture is built around its people.
