It is designed to help organizations integrate, automate, and manage their workflows across various platforms, supporting system integrations and data pipelines.\nFor more information, please visit www.bmc.com\nThis is a high visibility, high impact role based in Singapore and working with our most successful sales teams, our most prestigious clients and with our world-class Sales Engineering team in Asia Pacific.\nPrimary Roles and Responsibilities\nHere is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:\nThrough a consultative approach, partner with sales teams to interpret often complex customer needs and develop innovative solutions delivering both business and technical value. \nActively partner with the customer to document their current state, including applicable metrics to assist in defining the correct solution and support the Case for Change\nCulminating from what is uncovered of the customers’ business and their goals, deliver compelling workshops, RFP’s, presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of value.\nSimplifying the communication of both technical and business content to a varied audience (technical and non-technical customers).\nChallenge oneself and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems. \nAs with every BMC employee, you will be given the opportunity to learn, be included in global projects, challenge yourself and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.\nExperience\nTo ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:\nYou can embrace, live and breathe our BMC values every day! \nProven ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible. \nDemonstrated artistry with creating and delivering compelling demonstrations and presentations.\nDrawing from your previous experiences, you are a subject matter expert on the technical and business use of BMC Control M.\nMust have: \n·7+ years’ experience in a Sales Engineering [presales] capacity, or relatable technical role in a global IT or enterprise software organization.\n·In-depth understanding of how sales and presales organizations in technology companies work.\n·Outstanding presentation and communication skills (both written & verbal)\n·Unquestionable integrity and professionalism and a strong business acumen\n·Subject matter expertise on the technical, business use of BMC Control M, or equivalent solution.\n·Singaporean citizenship, due to the predominance of public sector BMC customers in Singapore.\nGood to have:\n·Formal sales training and application of MEDDIC, Miller-Heiman, Sandler, Solution Selling etc.\n·Scaled Agile Framework and AWS Cloud Practitioner [or above] certification [or equivalent]\n·SAP Certified Professional certification\n·Singapore Government Security Clearance, such as G50\nCA-DNP\nOur commitment to you!\nBMC’s culture is built around its people.
