Acts as the department’s liaison to such organizations.\nAnalyzes, evaluates, and interprets media data as necessary to provide analytics and administrative support to Media customer service representatives and licensing department management.\nMonitors media licensing group email inboxes and online inquiries for Media customer service representatives.\nPeriodically compiles candidate listings for licensing outreach campaigns.\nAssists in the development of department systems and operational procedures.\nRegular attendance.\nOther duties as assigned.\nSupports our BMI Core Values and cultivates a culture of diversity and inclusion.\n\nMarginal Functions\nSupports enterprise database projects such as testing of enhancements and updates.\n\nPhysical/Visual Activities or Demands: Physical/visual activities or demands that are commonly associated with the performance functions of this job.\nSitting, talking, hearing, walking.\nConcentrated mental and visual attention with normal hand-eye coordination.\nClarity of vision at 20 inches; corrected or uncorrected.\nGenerally negligible physical effort, but occasional moving of 1 to 10 lb. items.\n\nEnvironmental/Atmospheric Conditions: Environmental and atmospheric conditions commonly associated with the functions of this job.\n\nNormal office conditions.\n\nPOSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS\n\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.\n\nExperience: Minimum 1 - 2 years experience working in a data analyst capacity\n\nSkills and Abilities: which may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.\nExperience with using and developing Salesforce reports required. \nExperience using Databricks preferred.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nDatabase maintenance skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Access and Excel required with experience incorporating Microsoft Co-pilot and other AI tools preferred\nStrong interpersonal and organizational skills\nDetail oriented with the ability to work independently \nComfortable adapting to change quickly and implementing new tools\n\nMachines, Tools, Equipment and Work Aids: which may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.\nPersonal computer and associated software.
