Working closely with Solution Architects, Service Delivery teams, and customers, the engineer delivers reliable, secure, and scalable network solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Network Operations\nOnboard, administer, and perform day-to-day operational tasks on customer network environments, both on-premise and cloud-based.\nManage and support customer firewalls, LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, and network security components.\nNetwork Deployment & Maintenance\nDeploy, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and wireless access points.\nPerform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and service enhancements to ensure continued reliability and performance.\nIncident Resolution & Troubleshooting\nProactively troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure high availability and service quality.\nParticipate in root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\nCustomer Engagement\nAct as a primary technical contact for customers for network-related matters.\nProvide clear, professional communication during incidents, changes, and planned maintenance activities.\nDocumentation & Standards\nDocument network designs, configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.\nEnsure documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with operational best practices.\nCloud Networking\nSupport and integrate cloud networking services such as Azure Networking and AWS VPC.\nCollaborate with Solution Architects on hybrid and cloud-first network designs.\nCommercial & Internal Collaboration\nWork closely with commercial and service teams to understand customer requirements and tailor network solutions accordingly.\nSupport solution reviews, change requests, and service improvements.\nOperational Requirements\nParticipate in an on-call rotation.\nCarry out onsite customer visits when required.\nMay be assigned different duties in accordance with Group exigencies from time to time.\nSkills & Experience (Indicative)\nRequired\nExperience supporting and administering enterprise networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless) in an MSP or enterprise environment.\nHands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.\nStrong understanding of network security fundamentals and best practices.\nAbility to work to SLAs, follow change control, and produce clear technical documentation.\nStrong customer communication skills during incidents, changes, and maintenance.\nDesirable\nVendor certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto, Aruba).\nExperience with cloud networking (Azure Networking, AWS VPC) and hybrid connectivity.\nExperience with load balancers, SD-WAN, or advanced wireless design
