WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers and switches), Microsoft Office Suite, database and data management, software installation and updates, cyber security best practices, IT support/helpdesk processes, cloud technologies and collaboration tools, with familiarity in CCTV, biometric systems, printers and other IT peripherals being an added advantage\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide first-level technical support to staff on hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.\n\nAssist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.\n\nSupport network administration activities including connectivity troubleshooting and user account management.\n\nAssist in maintaining IT inventory, asset registers, and equipment records.\n\nPerform routine system checks and report any abnormalities or security concerns.\n\nSupport data backup, recovery, and cyber security initiatives.\n\nAssist in the setup and maintenance of printers, scanners, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other ICT equipment.\n\nHelp in documenting ICT procedures, user guides, and technical reports.\n\nSupport software testing, upgrades, and implementation of new systems.\n\nParticipate in ICT projects and digital transformation initiatives as assigned.\n\nEnsure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and information security
