As we continue to grow our Safety Engineering Capability, we require a Principal Nuclear Facility Safety Engineering Consultant to provide outstanding solutions for our varied nuclear clients. The role will help to shape and expand this area of our business.\n Key Responsibilities\n\nOversee and guide the technical aspects involved in planning and producing nuclear safety documentation \nDeliver nuclear safety assessments and related technical documents in line with customer requirements \nDevelop nuclear safety requirements and demonstrate compliance with them Support periodic safety reviews for complex systems and facilities \nWork collaboratively with clients and partner organisations \nProvide leadership and line management to junior team members, fostering their development and performance\n\nAbout You\n\nWe welcome applications from enthusiastic and dynamic individuals with:\nA degree with honours (or equivalent) in science, engineering, or a related field, or comparable professional experience \nProven experience in preparing, facilitating, and documenting safety cases and hazard studies for nuclear facilities \nPrevious work within nuclear licensed or authorised sites \nExperience offering guidance on nuclear and process engineering matters \nFamiliarity with a range of safety assessment methodologies \nProfessional membership of a relevant chartered institution \nUnderstanding of Nuclear Authorising and/or Licensing Conditions \nMissing skills?
