Working closely with Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and IT teams, you will contribute to financial reporting processes, data validation, reconciliations and continuous improvement initiatives while helping drive digitalization and operational excellence across the organization.\nWHAT AWAITS YOU?\nSupport month-end closing activities through financial analyses, reconciliations and preparation of supporting documentation required for accounting and reporting processes.\nAnalyze, maintain, and improve automated Excel tools, including macros, pivot tables, and analytical models, ensuring the reliability and integrity of financial information.\nIdentify, investigate and resolve inconsistencies within financial databases and accounting records to ensure high-quality reporting.\nSupport the validation of system interfaces and control files to guarantee the consistency and accuracy of information used for internal and external reporting.\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardize accounting and reporting processes through digital tools and advanced Excel capabilities.\nContribute to process documentation, control frameworks, and knowledge-transfer initiatives to ensure operational consistency and business continuity.\nWHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ALONG?\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large volumes of financial and operational data.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macro programming, automation, data analysis and reporting development.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information clearly to different stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and commitment to data quality and process compliance.\nProactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach and interest in automation and efficiency initiatives.\nFluency in Spanish and English.\nAt the BMW Group, we place great importance on equal treatment and equal opportunities.
