Your expertise, your skill set, your motivation, and your individuality are what drive us forward.\nAs a Data Science Specialist at the BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing transparency into production data, while developing data-driven solutions to support informed decision-making, process optimization, and the development of a future-oriented production system.\nWhat awaits you?\nWork environment - You will work in a modern, digitalized and future-oriented manufacturing environment, where the latest technologies and innovative solutions support the production of energy modules for electric vehicles.\nTeam - You will be part of a highly skilled team that uses production data to supportdata-driven decision-making and the continuous improvement of quality management.\nQuality Management - You will be responsible for implementing the Quality Management System in the Energy Module production area and for its continuous improvement.\nIT and digitalization - one of your key responsibilities will be the development and continuous improvement of IT-related topics within the Quality Management System.\nData-driven operations - by analyzing and utilizing production data, you will support data-driven decisionmaking and contribute to creating transparency within a high-volume manufacturing environment.\nInnovation - You will work on implementing and utilizing cutting-edge technologies that support innovation and the development of a future-oriented production system.\nWhat should you bring along?\nEducation - You hold a university degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or Mechanical Engineering.\nWork experience - Professional experience in the automotive, energy or railway industry is an advantage.\nWork schedule - You are willing to work on-site at least 4 days a week during regular business hours.\nLanguage skills - You have confident, intermediate-level English language skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Hungarian or German languageis an advantage.\nProfessional Skills - You have data management and data analysis knowledge, as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes. You have experience in developing data-driven solutions and increasing process transparency.\nIT skills - You are confident in using or eager to work with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and Cloud technologies. Knowledge of Power BI and other reporting or data visualization tools is an advantage.\nSoft skills - you have an analytical mindset and are able to work independently and in a structured manner.
