If you share our vision and view yourself as an independent, creative thinker, we invite you to join our team in this exceptional role located in Santa Monica, CA.\nWHAT AWAITS YOU.\nDesign interaction flows, UI components, and prototypes for digital products, with guidance and mentorship from senior designers as you build your craft.\nContribute to the full design process, from early concepts and wireframes through detailed UI, prototyping, and handoff on a range of projects from focused features to broader product experiences.\nHelp evaluate concepts against usability, accessibility, functionality, and client needs while folding research findings back into your design decisions.\nWork within and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across components, patterns, and platforms.\nCollaborate in cross-functional, agile teams using design thinking, and support senior staff in presenting work to internal stakeholders and clients.\nDevelop your skills in scoping and time estimation and design communication, taking on additional responsibilities as you grow.\nUse AI tools thoughtfully in your design workflow and contribute to designing interfaces and interactions for AI-powered features.\nWHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.\nBachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent.\n0-2 years of prior work experience in Interaction/UI/UX Design or equivalent.\nFamiliarity with the end-to-end design process and curiosity about how research, production, and commercial context shape design decisions.\nA solid grasp of core design principles: hierarchy, typography, layout, color, and an evolving sense of form.\nCuriosity about AI and familiarity with current tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Midjourney, or similar) as part of your design and research process.\nStrong computer and software skills in: Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or other cloud collaboration and prototyping tools.\nPreferences:Exposure to 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline, etc.).\nKnowledge of Motion Graphics Tools (After Effects, Rive, etc.).\nStrong familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools.\nFamiliarity with interaction or creative coding languages (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Processing, etc.).\nExperience designing AI-powered products, agentic interfaces, or LLM-based features.\n\nWHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO.\nMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance\n401(k) with Company match and Retirement Income Account\nEmployee vehicle program\nBonus eligibility\nPaid Parental Leave\nGenerous PTO and Company paid holidays\nVoluntary Benefits to fit your needs\nRelocation assistance is not available for this position.\nThis is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.\nThe expected salary range for this position is $75,300.00 - $97,448.00.\nThe selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule.
