You will support the creation of presentations, journey maps, process flows, infographics, and other visual assets while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer and dealer experiences and communicate strategic initiatives effectively.\nThis is a full time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from January 11, 2027 through May 14, 2027 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.\nWHAT AWAITS YOU.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and turn feedback into effective design deliverables.\nTranslate business concepts, strategies, and complex information into clear, engaging visual stories for internal and external audiences.\nCreate graphics, presentations, infographics, diagrams, and other visual assets that align with brand standards using corporate identity.\nSupport the development and visualization of customer and dealer journeys, including journey maps, process flows, and experience concepts.\nDesign and maintain reusable templates for presentations, workshops, communications, and project deliverables.\nOrganize design files and assets, incorporate revisions, and help ensure consistent visual quality across deliverables.\nWHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.\nCurrently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university \nPossess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)\nHave completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior \nField of study: Business, Finance\nMust attach a copy of college unofficial transcript\nAbility to work part-time (36.25 hours/week)\nDetail oriented and strong communication skills (verbal and written)\nWHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO.\nMedical Insurance\nPaid Time Off in addition to Company paid holidays where eligible\nHybrid work environment\nIntern Vehicle Lease Program\nThe hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30\nThe hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20\nThe selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate.
