If you share our vision and view yourself as an independent, creative thinker, we invite you to join our team in this exceptional role located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.\nThis is a full-time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from January 11, 2027 through May 14, 2027 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.\nWHAT AWAITS YOU.\nCreate and maintain business reports, dashboards, and analytics using Tableau and similar tools.\n\nAnalyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that support business decision-making.\n\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency through validation, quality checks, and documentation updates.\n\nSupport ad-hoc reporting requests while helping improve and automate recurring reporting processes.\n\nMonitor KPIs and performance metrics to track progress against key business initiatives.\n\nPartner with IT teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance reporting tools and workflows.\n\nAssist with AI and automation initiatives, including chatbot development, model training, workflow automation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.\n\nWHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.\nCurrently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university \nPossess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)\nHave completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior\nMust attach a copy of college unofficial transcript\nAbility to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)\nWHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO.\nMedical Insurance\nPaid Time Off in addition to Company paid holidays where eligible\nHybrid work environment\nIntern Vehicle Lease Program\nThe hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30\nThe hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20\nThe selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate.
