Data Analyst

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will help transform complex data into meaningful insights that inspire action, drive decisions, and shape the future of the business. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to uncover opportunities, create compelling visual narratives, and foster a truly data-driven culture.

• Turn data into powerful stories that help business leaders make confident, informed decisions.
• Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate trends, opportunities, and business impact.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility, providing a trusted foundation for decision-making across the organization.
• Partner with local and international stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor in reporting and analytics, combining business understanding with technical expertise.
• Drive innovation within the analytics landscape by exploring and implementing new technologies, including AI and machine learning.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and help shape a culture where decisions are guided by data, not assumptions.

What should you bring along?

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
• A passion for storytelling with data and the ability to transform complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a curious and business-oriented mindset.
• The confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate technical concepts in an accessible way.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, data analytics methodologies, and data warehouse concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, paired with a continuous eagerness to learn, grow, and innovate.
