By leveraging cloud technologies and implementing best practices in data governance you will play a significant role in driving BMW’s digital transformation journey.\nWhat awaits you?\nYou design and maintain scalable and reliable distributed systems based on AWS services. \nFurthermore, you work with distributed database systems and SQL using frameworks such as MapReduce and Spark. \nYou develop clean and maintainable Python code while consistently applying testing best practices. \nAdditionally, you implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform. \nYou collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve data governance and pipeline management. \nYou maintain and adapt knowledge graphs and ontologies for data-driven use cases. \nTogether with an international team, you contribute to the continuous advancement of our cloud-based data platform. \nWhat should you bring along?\nUniversity degree in computer science or a related field. \nAt least 3 years of professional experience with a focus on data-driven technologies. \nExtensive experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture, especially with AWS. \nStrong knowledge of distributed database systems, SQL, data pipeline management, and data governance. \nProficiency in Python programming and solid understanding of software engineering principles. \nExperience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. \nBusiness-fluent English skills; German language skills are desirable. \nWould you like to architect and advance a cloud-based data platform for global data-driven solutions?
