Through preventive maintenance, you’ll eliminate potential issues before they arise.\nLearn more about the maintenance area and the team: BMW Group Gyár Debrecen Karrier | Munkakörök | Karbantartás\nWhat awaits you?\nHigh-tech work environment - You will work with state-of-the-art automated production equipment, with a strong focus on KUKA robotic systems and other advanced automation technologies.\n\nTeam - As part of a team of 5-7 members, you’ll participate in executing maintenance tasks.\n\nTroubleshooting - you’ll handle breakdowns, ensuring rapid restart of production equipment after unexpected downtime, and preventing future stoppages.\n\nCollaboration - You will work closely with production team leaders, process technicians, automation specialists, and other maintenance colleagues to solve technical issues and continuously improve production processes.\n\nRobotics-focused maintenance - you’ll perform maintenance tasks, optimize production equipment, PLC programs and robots to prevent technical failures that could halt production.\n\nContinuous development - You will have the opportunity to deepen your robotics expertise, learn new technologies, and expand your knowledge in industrial automation and robot programming.\n\nWhat should you bring along?\nEducation - A secondary-level qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, or mechatronics. General technical understanding of industrial equipment, automation systems, and maintenance processes.\n\nWork experience - Hands-on experience with industrial robots, ideally KUKA systems, or knowledge of FANUC, ABB or other robotic platforms is an advantage, but not a requirement. Basic robot programming knowledge and familiarity with robot control systems are advantageous (relevant robotics certifications, especially KUKA training or certification programs is a plus).\n\nWork schedule - willingness to work in rotating 3 shifts.\n\nLanguage skills - native Hungarian speaker; additional English language skill is appreciated, but not a requirement.\n\nAccuracy and sense of responsibility - attentive to detail, able to analyze problems systematically, and able to work responsibly both independently and in a team.\n\nCommunication and attitude - you have strong communication skills, you are open-minded and motivated to further develop your robotics expertise within the team and continuously learn new technologies.\n\nTeamwork - able to work in a team and open to continuous self-improvement.\n\nProblem solving and situation analysis - able to remain calm even when working at a fast pace, and calmly analyze and solve any problematic situation.\n\nWhat do we offer?\nOur goal is to motivate our employees and recognize their performance, which is why our benefits package includes the following elements in addition to the base salary:\nSalary development - annual salary adjustments based on performance evaluations.\nBonus - performance-based bonuses calculated from company and individual results.\nCafeteria - annual cafeteria allowance paid monthly.\nCommuting support - free, shift-aligned direct bus and train services from major regional cities.
