Key member in the digitalization team and growth of the paint shop and plant training process.\nThe qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute and improve in the following functions:\nDeveloping tools used for reporting and planning (excel, Apex, Power bi, or others).\nDevelop a custom course, opportunity to teach this course or others.\nPlan projects related to technical training equipment/processes.\nLearn new technologies (Augmented Reality, new software).\nReporting of technical trainings.\nFurther development of reporting tools (oracle/SharePoint).\nMaintenance of reporting systems.\nPlanning of future courses.\nGap analysis (qualifications).\nData analysis (training data).\nForecasting training needs.\nAssist TCT (Training Coordination Team) as needed, new class development, planning, etc.\nQualifications:\nComputer Science, ME, EE, data analytics, or similar.\nSQL and VBA.\nOracle.\nDatabases.\nMicrosoft Power Apps.\nPossess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)\nHave enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.\nCompleted at least 30 credit hours at time of application.\nAbility to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).\nTransfer students must have a GPA from current university.\nMUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT\nComplete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.\nTHE WORK TERM DATES ARE January 11th - May 14th, 2027.\nBMW Manufacturing Company is an equal opportunity employer.
