Working closely with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Marketing, Production Planning and regional market teams, you will leverage analytical tools and market insights to maximize sales potential, contribution margin, dealer profitability, and customer satisfaction while supporting the digital transformation of planning and ordering processes across the region.\nWHAT AWAITS YOU?\nSupport motorcycle planning, ordering, and volume steering activities for Mexico, Argentina and 12 LATAM importers to maximize sales potential and contribution margin.\nCollaborate with Regional Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Marketing, and Headquarters Planning teams to ensure effective production, wholesale and retail planning.\nAssist in monthly quota planning, ordering management, forecasting and sales volume tracking across the LATAM region.\nSupport supply chain optimization initiatives to improve product availability, ordering efficiency, and market responsiveness.\nContribute to volume, turnover cost of retail and contribution margin steering through data analysis and reporting.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and digitalization within planning and ordering operations.\nSupport dealer and importer performance monitoring while contributing to customer satisfaction and retail excellence objectives.\nWHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG?\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.\nKnowledge of data analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI; experience with Python, automation, forecasting, or process optimization is highly desirable.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.\nDetail-oriented, proactive and capable of balancing operational execution with business objectives.\nFluent English and Spanish.\nAt the BMW Group, we place great importance on equal treatment and equal opportunities.
