So join us in changing the way the world moves for good.\nOur Sales Operations team is currently searching for a Sales & Volume Planning Analyst to deliver accurate sales reporting and provide analysis that supports volume planning, retail strategy and informed business decisions.\nWhat awaits you?\nMaintain and distribute accurate monthly sales, market and dealer performance reporting within strict schedules, including competitor analysis.\nPrepare weekly sales reports and monthly sales and stock presentations to support retail network steering and management decision-making.\nSupport monthly forecasting and production programming across retail, wholesale, shipment arrivals, orders and order bank intake.\nSupport annual planning processes, including competitor analysis, strategic budget setting and dealer target setting.\nPrepare ad-hoc national, state and dealer network analysis, and respond to sales-related data enquiries from teams across the business.\nCompile ongoing market intelligence and manage BMW Group market segmentation\nSupport dealer incentive administration and broader Sales Operations activities, while developing and improving reports, dashboards and analysis templates in line with evolving business priorities.\nWhat you should bring along?\nA tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, data analytics, business or a related discipline.\nExperience in an analytical role, with automotive industry experience highly regarded.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with SQL and Power BI will be beneficial.\nExcellent numerical and statistical capability, with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to examine issues from multiple perspectives and develop innovative solutions.\nA high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing competing priorities and strict reporting deadlines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, effective time management and the ability to collaborate confidently with internal teams and external partners.\nWhat do we offer?\nFlexible Work policy and practices\nHealth & Wellbeing initiatives\nLifelong learning & career development\nBMW & Mini promotions and product offers\nAnnual spend on BMW & MINI merchandise\nFree onsite parking\nOnsite café\nSubsidised onsite gym, dry cleaning and car wash facilities\nA dynamic, inclusive and sustainable working environment\nBMW Group is an equal opportunities employer and takes great pride in fostering and promoting diversity in every aspect of our work life and culture.
