cross-functional and international projects in a dynamic and intercultural business environment.\nDevelop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with BMW Group objectives and future business requirements.\nDrive supplier innovation and support the introduction of new technologies, materials and manufacturing processes.\nWhat should you bring along?\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or international business background ,Supply Chain Management, or a related field\nMinimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably within international purchasing or supplier management.\nExperience in Material planning and shortage management.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.\nExcellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nBasic understand of SAQ 5.0 or relevant, ISO/IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.\nAbility to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.\nGood communication in English\nRemark 1.Local contract 2.Job function
