We invest in people and support emerging talent by creating opportunities for young individuals to develop their skills, gain meaningful workplace experience and contribute to an innovative and collaborative environment.\nBMW Group South Africa is offering opportunities through its YES4Youth (Y4Y) Programme 2027, a collaborative initiative aimed at addressing youth unemployment in South Africa.\nThrough this programme, participants will gain valuable hands-on workplace experience, develop professional skills and gain exposure to a dynamic corporate and manufacturing environment within an internationally recognised premium brand.\nWho should apply?\nThe programme is aimed at young South Africans who meet the following requirements:\nAre between the ages of 18 and 34.\n\nHave completed a relevant qualification in one of the advertised fields of study.\n\nAre currently unemployed.\n\nHave not previously participated in a YES4Youth programme.\n\nAre eager to learn, develop new skills and gain meaningful workplace experience.\n\nProgramme Location\nSuccessful participants will be based at one of the following BMW Group South Africa locations in Gauteng:\nNational Sales Company (NSC), Midrand.\n\nFinancial Services , Midrand\nPlant Rosslyn, Pretoria.\n\nBMW IT Hub, Menlyn.\n\nQualifications and Fields of Study\nApplicants must hold a relevant university degree, National Diploma, Diploma or Certificate in one of the following fields:\nFinance, Accounting and Economics: Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, Economics, Banking or Internal Auditing. A BCom in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. An Honours degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation will be advantageous for taxation-related opportunities.\n\nBusiness Administration and Management: Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, General Management or a related discipline.\n\nEngineering and Technical Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Metallurgical or Quality Engineering (BSc, BEng, BTech or relevant National Diploma).\n\nAutomotive and Electrical Trades: Motor Mechanic, Transportation Electrician or relevant automotive and electrical technical qualifications.\n\nSupply Chain, Logistics and Operations Management: Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.\n\nInformation Technology and Computer Science: Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Software Development, Web Development, Front-End Development or related IT qualifications.
