cybersecurity, functional safety, and integration.\nCollaborate with system engineers to define requirements for ECU platform software, including diagnostics, communication frameworks/stacks, and system functions.\nContribute to the software architecture, technical design, implementation, and integration of embedded systems.\nAnalyze complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive effective solutions.\nIndependently coordinate technical activities with stakeholders and contribute proactively to the evolution of the ECU platform.\nWhat should you bring along?\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional qualification.\nStrong proficiency in C++ and solid knowledge of software development best practices.\nIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with RTOS.\nExperience in developing layer-based Gateway ECU functionality.\nStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong experience in developing and integrating Basic Software for embedded systems, including hardware debugging.\nExperience in software architecture and technical design for embedded systems.\nGood knowledge of automotive technologies such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, SOME/IP, SPI, I/O handling, Microcontrollers/SoCs.\nStrong understanding of embedded communication stacks and system-level software integration.\nKnowledge of Python or other scripting languages is advantageous.\nA proactive mindset with creative ideas and openness to innovative software technologies for the mobility of the future.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Gateway ECU development and automotive communication architectures.\nExperience with functional safety (ISO 26262) and automotive cybersecurity concepts.\nExperience with Continuous Integration, automated testing, Agile, and Test-Driven Development.\nExperience with Python/scripting and development automation.\nExperience in technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and collaboration across multiple engineering
