You will independently manage the entire simulation process, from model preparation and calculation through to evaluation and technical documentation. A key part of the role is automating simulation workflows in order to assess a large number of variants quickly and reliably.\nYour Responsibilities\nIndependently perform thermoelectric and electrical simulations using Simcenter STAR-CCM+ and ANSYS\nDevelop, standardize, and automate simulation workflows to efficiently process numerous calculation variants\nPrepare models, including the definition of contacts, boundary and initial conditions, and material properties\nPerform physics-based evaluation, plausibility checks, and interpretation of simulation results\nPrepare clear and meaningful technical reports and present the results\nCoordinate with specialist departments and project partners in an international environment\nWhat should you bring along\nA completed degree in engineering (e.g. electrical engineering or mechanical engineering), physics, or a comparable discipline\nSound theoretical understanding of the underlying physics, particularly thermoelectrics: coupled electrical-thermal phenomena, heat transfer, contact modeling, and material properties\nSeveral years of practical experience with Simcenter STAR-CCM+ and ANSYS in the field of thermal and electrical simulation\nExperience in automating simulations, for example using Java macros (STAR-CCM+) or Python scripting\nA fast, structured, and independent way of working with a strong commitment to quality\nFluent written and spoken English Desirable\nExperience in the automotive environment, for example with high-voltage components, battery systems, or power electronics • Experience in
