We're building an AI-first company, and that shapes how every team works, including this one. Our mission is to revolutionize how accommodations maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience through innovative technology and strategic partnerships.\nWe're a remote-first, globally distributed team that's hospitality-native and tech-forward. We also run on data - every day, our teams pull and rely on information from platforms like our own portal, HubSpot, Notion, and more, and we're looking to bring more structure to how that data is tracked and shared.\nRole Overview\nWe're hiring a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst (most likely part-time) to support BnBerry with metrics, reporting, and dashboards across multiple departments. We expect this role to be AI-first driven: using AI tools by default to analyze data, build dashboards, and generate insights faster.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and organize data across multiple platforms (our portal, HubSpot, Notion, and others), using AI tools to speed up and sharpen the analysis.\nHelp define key metrics and KPIs for different teams.\nBuild and maintain clear dashboards and reports, leveraging AI-driven tools wherever they help you move faster or dig deeper.\nPartner with different teams across the company on their data and reporting needs.\nLook for opportunities to bring more AI-driven approaches into how we track and report on data.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in data analysis or business intelligence.\nComfort working across multiple tools and data sources, including AI-driven analysis tools - efficient, everyday use of AI is a baseline expectation for this role, not a nice-to-have.\nA track record of turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that led to measurable results in previous roles.\nStrong attention to detail and rigor when validating and cross-checking data.\nStrong communication skills, able to make data understandable to non-technical stakeholders.\nSelf-starter, comfortable in a remote-first environment.\nBenefits\nWork From Home","description_format":"text","description_chars":2193,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Bulgaria","iso":"BG","kind":"country"},{"name":"Cyprus","iso":"CY","kind":"country"},{"name":"Poland","iso":"PL","kind":"country"},{"name":"Serbia","iso":"RS","kind":"country"},{"name":"Portugal","iso":"PT","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Travel & Tourism","Vacation Rentals","Real Estate Rental"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-08-11T00:00:00Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":11,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.386,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":67,"expected_fill_days":27,"reasons":["conf:3","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-17T05:46:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/bnberry-data-analyst-bi-analyst-part-time","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/bnberry-data-analyst-bi-analyst-part-time.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-18T10:42:25Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":15878,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-19T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":4846},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=4846"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fbnberry-data-analyst-bi-analyst-part-time"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fbnberry-data-analyst-bi-analyst-part-time"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fbnberry-data-analyst-bi-analyst-part-time"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/bnberry-data-analyst-bi-analyst-part-time\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fbnberry-data-analyst-bi-analyst-part-time"}]}
