This role bridges business analysis, data analytics, and digital solution delivery to enhance operational efficiency, increase data transparency, and advance the strategic digital engineering objectives of AEDC.\nJob Duties:\nLead and execute Digital Enterprise overhead projects independently, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment with organizational digital transformation goals.\nMonitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for various digital initiatives.\nAnalyze existing business workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and digital automation.\nPrepare and provide reports for assisting the DE Branch with tracking and controlling the scope of work, resource utilization, schedules, and work accomplishments.\nPerform cost and performance measurement analysis against planned and estimated scope.\nLeverage tools like Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint to streamline enterprise processes.\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions for cross-functional teams while ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all digital platforms.\nGather, document, and translate DE branch requirements into technical specifications for digital solutions.\nAssist with the project management team to track procurements and oversee the installation of hardware as needed.\nDeliver specialized training frameworks across enterprise teams for SharePoint and Cloud platforms, creating standardized best practices that ensure consistent implementation and security compliance.\nDevelop and implement automated workflow solutions using enterprise tools (e.g., Power Platform) to streamline administrative and cross-departmental business processes.\nSupport the DE branch in the coordination of meeting notes report creation, planning team meetings, and summary processes for the branch. \nIt is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy. \nPerform other duties as required. \nBasic Qualifications:\nS. or B.A. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.\nIn lieu of college degree, High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, Power BI development, or automated workflow design within an IT, technical, or industrial setting.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance and secure access to the AEDC local area computer network.\nDue to Air Force Security requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required for employment at AEDC\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing advanced data models and DAX measures within Microsoft Power BI.\nHands-on experience architecting SharePoint list structures and integrating Power Automate approval workflows across multi-departmental teams.\nFamiliarity with Agile project methodologies (Kanban/Scrum) and utilizing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Planner for project tracking.\nFoundational knowledge of relational databases, SQL queries, or data integration pipelines.\nDemonstrated ability to translate non-technical user requests into clear functional requirements and user-friendly interface designs.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience conducting user training sessions or writing standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nActive DoD Secret Security Clearance.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salaries\nContinuing education assistance\nMultiple healthcare benefits packages\n401K with employer matching\nPaid time off (PTO) along with a federally recognized holiday schedule\nWho We Are\nBeyond New Horizons (BNH) is a fully populated joint venture of Astrion and Fluor Federal Services, Inc. formed to provide unmatched Test Operations and Sustainment services for the Arnold Engineering and Development Complex.\nWe chose our name to serve as an enduring reminder of our commitment to AEDC’s rich aerospace research and development legacy anchored in AEDC’s Towards New Horizons founding study and the unprecedented opportunities to greatly expand AEDC’s capabilities and capacity Beyond those existing today.
