You will operate in a collaborative environment, serving as the primary point of contact for financial, tax, and governance matters related to investments.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead the production of financial and regulatory reporting for clients and authorities, while coordinating with external service providers.\nManage all accounting, tax, and governance dimensions of investment vehicles, including funds and specialized companies.\nSupervise the budgeting process and analyze asset performance by monitoring variances between budget and actual results.\nContribute actively to acquisition and disposal phases, as well as investment financing and hedging strategies.\nCoordinate relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, and tax advisors.\nWhat's next?\nThis position will allow you to develop advanced expertise in financial control applied to real estate and asset management.
