This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our growth and innovation and work with some of the leading professionals in the field.\nJob Description\nBased in our Dubai office, you will support multiple concurrent cargo and aviation-related projects across our Middle East portfolio, engaging directly with clients, contractors, and design teams on some of the industry’s most complex air cargo and terminal facilities. This role offers a clear path toward managing multiple concurrent projects, along with opportunities to travel and grow professionally.\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a Project Engineer supporting our cargo and aviation practice, your responsibilities may include:\nDrafting technical reports, capacity/gap analyses, and study documentation for cargo and aviation terminal projects. \nDeveloping presentations and workshop materials for client and stakeholder meetings. \nPreparing meeting minutes and tracking action items. \nSupporting proposal development, including scope of narratives, fee estimates, and qualifications of packages. \nReviewing contractor and vendor submittals for compliance with project specifications and design intent. \nMaintaining project trackers, schedules, and status logs across multiple concurrent projects. \nCoordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and client teams, and helping resolve project issues and bottlenecks. \nReviewing drawings and technical documents and assisting with technical studies and cost estimates for cargo terminal operations and material handling systems. \nBNP will support you with state-of-the-art technology and in-house software developed for our niche industry.\nQualifications\nThe qualifications below reflect our ideal candidate. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement, as many of our engineers bring a range of backgrounds and experience:\nBachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, aviation management, airport planning, or a related field. \n2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar project engineering/coordination role, with an interest in growing into a role managing multiple concurrent projects. \nCargo industry or air cargo terminal experience preferred; candidates with strong initiative and a willingness to learn will also be considered. \nStrong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, well-organized reports, proposals, and presentations. \nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. \nMicrosoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). \nAbility to multitask across multiple concurrent project assignments and deadlines. \nExperience with contractor or vendor submittal reviews and construction administration is a plus. \nFlexibility to travel occasionally to project sites and client offices. \nWorking Conditions\nThis is a full-time position based in our Dubai, UAE office.
