This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our growth and innovation and work with some of the leading professionals in the field.\nJob Description\nWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Project Manager to join our Seattle team, with a primary focus on our Baggage Optimization Program. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of baggage handling system projects, from construction administration through commissioning and project closeout, as part of broader airport infrastructure work. A key focus will be coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the Baggage Optimization Program and related projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to BNP's quality standards. Strong organizational skills, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams are essential for a successful candidate.\nResponsibilities\nProject Planning & Execution\nLead the Baggage Optimization Program through the remainder of construction, commissioning, and closeout, with a focus on final delivery.\nReview detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.\n Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, and budget, proactively identifying and resolving risks and delays.\n Coordinate design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and milestones.\nManage change orders, submittals, and RFIs throughout the construction process.\n Coordinate inspections, commissioning, and testing activities and track resolution of deficiencies. \n Monitor installation quality and ensure work is completed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\n Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.\n Build and maintain strong relationships with airport authorities, airlines, government agencies, sub-consultants, and contractors.\n Represent BNP in client meetings, site visits, and commissioning activities.\n Manage client expectations and resolve issues with professionalism and sound judgment.\nTeam Coordination & Leadership\nCoordinate cross-functional internal teams, including engineering, design, and construction administration staff.\nAssign tasks, set priorities, and hold team members accountable to project timelines.\n Mentor junior project staff and support their professional development.\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\n Prepare regular project status reports for internal project team members and clients.\nTrack project metrics and identify opportunities to improve delivery timelines and processes.\nContribute to lessons-learned reviews and help refine BNP's project management standards.\nQualifications\n 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Baggage Handling Systems (mechanical, electrical, controls, and installation), with additional experience in infrastructure, engineering, or construction environments a plus.\n Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from design through construction completion preferred.\nProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts on large-scale technical projects.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.\nComfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nFamiliarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) preferred.\nProficiency in Word and Excel.\nEducation\n Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.\n PMP or other professional project management certification preferred but not required.\nWorking Conditions\nThis is a full-time position based in our Seattle Airport on-site office. \nThe role may require travel to contractor office locations and other BNP offices and possibly to other BNP project sites as project needs dictate.\n Standard 40-hour work week with occasional additional time required to meet project deadlines.\nSalary\n$95,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.\nBenefits\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
