Join us and be part of something extraordinary.\nWe’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI Hub Engineering team.\nThis role is located in Lake Mary, Florida\nIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:\nConsult with internal business groups to provide advanced application software development services and technical support.\nServe as a trusted advisor to IT and business managers on technical issues, challenges, and strategic initiatives.\nDesign, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end application components.\nWrite well-designed, testable, efficient, and maintainable code.\nAnalyze requirements and design comprehensive testing and test automation solutions.\nDevelop flowcharts, technical designs, layouts, and documentation to support business and technology requirements.\nMaintain software functionality, performance, and technical currency by managing technical debt and modernization efforts.\nActively participate in and contribute to code reviews and development best practices.\nIntegrate software components into fully functional and scalable systems.\nApply security and privacy principles throughout the software development lifecycle.\nResolve highly complex technical problems that impact business operations and organizational objectives.\nInfluence and help implement broad-based technology strategies across large IT organizations.\nStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.\nEducate business stakeholders and deliver presentations on technology strategies and solutions.\nAdvocate for innovative and creative technology solutions that drive business value.\nMentor and support the growth and development of junior engineers.\nContribute to the achievement of Application Development goals and objectives.\nComplete all mandatory training and policy awareness programs within required timeframes.\nEngage in continuous learning through development tools and platforms such as Pluralsight.\nTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience;
