blockchain, and AI.\nIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:\nLead product direction for a broader capability set or strategic workstream within the Loans Enablement Platform.\n\nOwn strategic backlog prioritization, ensuring alignment to business objectives, user needs, delivery capacity, and regulatory considerations.\n\nDocument and define product requirements at a strategic level, ensuring clarity of scope, intended outcomes, and execution priorities across complex initiatives.\n\nTranslate business strategy and market opportunities into roadmap direction, product priorities, and executable delivery outcomes.\n\nPartner with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and control functions to align priorities and drive decision-making.\n\nEvaluate product opportunities, investment choices, and platform enhancements through a commercial, strategic, and operational lens.\n\nDrive product lifecycle execution from discovery and definition through implementation, rollout, and ongoing optimization.\n\nShape business cases and strategic recommendations for platform investments, innovation opportunities, and product evolution.\n\nIdentify opportunities to modernize and differentiate the platform through improved workflows, digital capabilities, and adoption of emerging technologies.\n\nUse market intelligence, operational insight, and product data to inform prioritization and support strategic decision-making.\n\nEnsure product work is delivered in line with governance, control, legal, compliance, and regulatory expectations.\n\nBring thought leadership on innovation themes relevant to the platform, particularly across loans, tokenisation, blockchain, and AI.\n\nTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nSignificant experience in product management, product leadership, platform delivery, or a related discipline.\n\nStrong experience owning or shaping backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization in agile or iterative environments.\n\nAbility to translate strategic objectives into clear product outcomes and delivery direction.\n\nStrong commercial acumen and the ability to balance business value, execution complexity, risk, and platform scalability.\n\nStrong stakeholder leadership and influencing skills across senior business and technology audiences.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nPreferred qualifications:\nStrong experience in financial services, with preference for experience in loans, lending platforms, or related workflow transformation.\n\nFamiliarity with digital assets, tokenisation, blockchain, and emerging AI applications in financial services.\n\nExperience driving platform modernization or product transformation in a regulated operating environment.\n\nUnderstanding of governance, control,
