Join us and be part of something extraordinary.\nWe’re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund Administration to join our team. The position is located in Lake Mary, Florida.\nIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:\nPerform a variety of fund administration activities for funds with more intricate portfolio assets and transactions, including expense allocation, budgeting, cash allocation, analysis of fund metrics and compliance.\nCalculate daily fund position and cash reconciliations for moderately complex funds and assist in resolving escalated discrepancies.\nReport and analyze fund revenues, expenses, profitability, and other key metrics.\nWork extensively with clients to communicate fund expense and performance information regarding moderately complex funds and answer questions about funds.\nReview fund data and monitor compliance with all regulatory, BNY Mellon, and client specifications.\nCollaborate with internal and external auditors to provide requested information of greater complexity.\nCompile and analyze fund performance data for inclusion in Board of Directors report materials.\nReview fund expense budgeting conducted by support staff.\nProvide guidance to less experienced team members as needed and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.\nTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.\n3-5 years of total work experience preferred.\nExperience in accounting or fund administration preferred.\nNo direct people leadership responsibilities.\nAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:\nBNY Newsroom\nBNY LinkedIn\nHere’s a few of our recent awards:\nAmerica’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025\nWorld’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025\n“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025\nOur Benefits and Rewards:\nBNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
