Join us and be part of something extraordinary.\nWe’re seeking a Senior Specialist Information Security Analyst professional to join our IAS Client Provisioning team in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.\nIn this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:\nOverview:\nAs a Senior Specialist Information Security Analyst on BNY’s IAS Client Provisioning team, you will play a critical role in managing access provisioning for external clients. You will support identity and access management by ensuring accurate and timely client user access setup, workflow configuration, and audit remediation. This role requires strong technical expertise with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint), excellent collaboration skills, and a commitment to meeting service level agreements and operational goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nExecute complex security administration tasks to establish and maintain access for new and existing external client users across BNY applications.\nPerform accurate data entry and manage client, account, user, and service entitlements on provisioning systems.\nFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify security administration processes, workflows, and form designs.\nConduct reconciliation and governance oversight to ensure compliance and data integrity.\nProvide comprehensive administrative support for IAM operational activities.\nFollow and support security-related processes and initiatives to enhance operational security.\nDeliver advanced operational support for security components and participate in projects to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.\nStay informed on evolving security practices, procedures, and standards across multiple platforms.\nAssist in achieving team objectives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.\nTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:\nQualifications:\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management.\nExperience in securities or financial services industry preferred.\nProven experience provisioning external (client) users and entitlements.\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency with MS Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence; experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow is desirable.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.\nAbility to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of business needs with a strong commitment to high-quality service delivery.\nKnowledge of incident and problem management processes.\nAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:\nBNY Newsroom\nBNY LinkedIn\nHere’s a few of our recent awards:\nAmerica’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 \nWorld’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 \n“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 \nOur Benefits and Rewards:\nBNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
