Join us and be part of something extraordinary.\nWe’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Technical Consultant II to join our Data & Analytics Solutions team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.\nIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:\nLead end-to-end implementation of Data & Analytics products and related technical solutions for new and existing clients.\nPartner with clients and internal stakeholders to assess business and technical requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate them into implementation plans and solution designs.\nFacilitate or support requirements gathering sessions and document business, functional, and data requirements to support successful delivery.\nApply knowledge of Asset Servicing, accounting, and investment operations processes to support solution design, implementation decisions, and client outcomes.\nConfigure and support platform setup in line with client operating models, data requirements, and business needs.\nWrite, review, and optimise SQL code to support data onboarding, transformation, validation, and reconciliation, aligned with BNY’s Snowflake-native data direction.\nManage and support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.\nExecute deliverables across implementation phases, including analysis, configuration, testing, data onboarding, knowledge transfer, user acceptance testing support, parallel run support, and go-live readiness.\nApply an understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, release management, and production readiness, to support high-quality implementations.\nProvide technical guidance and product expertise to support client adoption and effective use of solutions.\nCollaborate closely with Project Management, Product Development, Support, and other cross-functional teams to deliver implementations on time and to a high standard.\nSupport junior team members through guidance, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day collaboration across implementation activities.\nUse mandated tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and modern engineering tools to document requirements, track risks and issues, and monitor delivery progress.\nLeverage modern development and productivity tools, such as Windsurf, to improve delivery efficiency, code quality, and team collaboration.\nBuild and maintain strong knowledge of Data & Analytics products, platform capabilities, implementation methodologies, and relevant industry practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve implementation processes, client experience, and delivery quality.\nTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:\n3-7 years of experience in technology consulting, software implementation, professional services, or financial systems delivery.\nExperience working with data platforms, accounting solutions, or financial services technology implementations; experience with Eagle is beneficial.\nStrong hands-on SQL skills, with the ability to write and troubleshoot queries for data analysis, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.\nFamiliarity with Snowflake and related data tooling is strongly preferred.\nGood understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nExperience with system configuration, data migration, testing support, and implementation delivery activities.\nExperience in Asset Servicing, investment operations, or accounting-related processes, including one or more of Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, or Custody, is strongly preferred.\nExperience in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and translating business needs into functional and technical outcomes.\nStrong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new platforms, tools, and product capabilities quickly.\nExperience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint;
