simplification, platform improvements, and close partnership with engineering teams.\nEquities Domain leadership: Provide leadership across Equity platforms, ensuring strong understanding of electronic trading, liquidity management, execution workflows, market venues, and critical business services supporting global Fixed Income and Equities trading activity.\nStakeholder engagement and influence: Build strong, trusted relationships with business, engineering, operations, and trading stakeholders, providing clear communication, transparency, and effective governance for business-critical services.\nGlobal support model leadership: Collaborate within a fast-paced global organization supporting business operations across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions, ensuring effective follow-the-sun coverage and seamless operational execution.\nTrading workflow and domain expertise: Develop deep understanding of buy-side trading workflows across pricing, order execution, trade capture, securities maintenance, broker connectivity, trade processing, and straight-through processing ecosystems.\nService reliability and platform stability: Drive improvements in availability, resiliency, SLA performance, incident reduction, and time to restore service for critical trading and execution platforms supporting the FIEQ business.\nTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:\nExtensive leadership experience in global production services/application support, supporting mission-critical platforms across multiple regions utilizing follow-the-sun support models.\nProven track record of leading incident, problem, and change management, delivering measurable improvements in stability, reduction of recurring issues, and strong service recovery execution in high-pressure trading environments.\nDemonstrated automation-first and AI-enabled mindset, with experience driving tooling, observability, and process automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational toil.\nStrong ownership mentality and execution focus, with the ability to take initiatives from concept through delivery and embed sustainable outcomes.\nDeep technical and operational experience across production environments, including monitoring, observability, resiliency, infrastructure, middleware, cloud, and application support within complex enterprise ecosystems.\nExperience supporting common fixed income and equities trading platforms such as Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MarketAxess, Fidessa, Realtick, Trafix, BrokerTec with a good understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycles.\nDemonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic service improvements across operating model, governance, risk, and control frameworks.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across front office trading, business, operations, and engineering teams.\nHands-on experience with Windows and Linux, CI/CD pipelines, and messaging platforms such as Kafka and MQ, along with programming/scripting languages including Java and Python.\nExperience participating in Disaster Recovery exercises, platform resiliency testing, and operational readiness initiatives supporting critical business services.\nBachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience); advanced degree is a plus.\n12+ years of experience across multiple areas of information technology, with experience in global markets, electronic trading, or financial services strongly preferred.\nNice-to-Have Qualifications\nExperience supporting Fixed Income and Equities trading systems - Execution management systems (EMS), Order management systems (OMS), pricing engines, algorithmic trading platforms, or liquidity aggregation platforms.\nExperience with cloud-native technologies, AI-enabled operational platforms, observability frameworks, and modern site reliability engineering (SRE) practices.\nFamiliarity with FIX Protocol, market data feeds, broker connectivity, liquidity provider integrations, and electronic trading infrastructures.\nExposure to AI-assisted troubleshooting, predictive monitoring, automated remediation, and intelligent operational analytics
