Join us and be part of something extraordinary.\nWe’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Client Service Manager to join our Client Operations team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.\nIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:\nLead client service and operational support activities for a portfolio of clients by fostering strong relationships, understanding client objectives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.\nDevelop and implement client service strategies by leveraging operational expertise, industry best practices, and performance metrics to enhance the client experience and improve service outcomes.\nPartner with cross-functional teams across operations, technology, and business functions to resolve complex client issues, streamline processes, and drive operational efficiency.\nOversee client reporting and service delivery activities by ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of information provided to clients and key stakeholders.\nMonitor operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance client satisfaction, reduce risk, and strengthen controls.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational standards while promoting a culture of accountability, risk awareness, and operational excellence.\nTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.\nAdvanced degree or professional certification preferred.\nTypically, 7-12 years of experience in client operations, client service, financial services operations, or a related field.\nStrong client relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.\nDemonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience addressing complex operational and client service challenges.\nThorough understanding of client service operations, operational risk management, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.\nHere’s a few of our recent awards:\nAmerica’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025\nWorld’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune, 2025\n“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025\nOur Benefits and Rewards:\nBNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
