This role is in Pittsburgh\nIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:\nLead engineer for and deployment, integration, and support of Identity AI-driven solutions to modernize and optimize IAM systems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies with existing identity platforms and core infrastructure.\nArchitect scalable, secure, and resilient identity solutions leveraging AI for automation, anomaly detection, and access governance.\nDrive innovation by evaluating emerging AI tools and methodologies applicable to identity and access management.\nEnsure alignment of AI projects with BNY’s principles, focusing on client obsession, ownership, and continuous improvement.\nMentor and guide technical teams on best practices in AI integration within IAM and infrastructure domains.\nManage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to meet strategic objectives.\nTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:\n**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Professional certifications in relevant technologies or infrastructure management are preferred.\nExtensive experience (8+ years) in identity and access management systems, including technologies such as LDAP, SSO, MFA, IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk).\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID: Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, PIM, app registration and service principal governance. \nStrong background in core infrastructure components (networking, cloud platforms, security frameworks).\nProven expertise in applying AI/ML techniques to security and identity challenges.\nExperience with AI frameworks, data pipelines, and automation tools relevant to IAM.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.\nStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.\nRelevant certifications in IAM, cloud, or AI are a plus.\nAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:\nBNY Newsroom\nBNY LinkedIn\nHere’s a few of our recent awards:\nAmerica’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025\nWorld’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025\n“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025\nOur Benefits and Rewards:\nBNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
