Join us and be part of something extraordinary.\nWe’re seeking a VP, Infrastructure Solution Engineering professional to join our IT Asset Management team at Lake Mary, Florida or Pittsburgh, PA.\nIn this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:\nLead the Flexera Data Platform within the enterprise to ensure high-quality asset data, strong governance, and scalable analytics supporting software and hardware asset management.\nOwning end-to-end infrastructure platform management (support, optimization, and continuous improvement)\nDriving IT Asset Management lifecycle processes across hardware and software\nEnsuring data quality, consistency, and reliability for reporting, analytics, and compliance\nEnabling automation, AI-driven technologies for data analytics and AI-assisted development\nTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:\nSeeking a self-directed, critical thinker with hands-on IT Asset Management experience who understands the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle and can independently drive governance, compliance, upgrades, Request for change submissions, and software offboarding. Experience navigating BNY tools and platforms, including Flexera, Access Hub, SharePoint, Confluence, and Power BI, is preferred.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nDeep hands-on expertise with Flexera Data Platform, SQL Server/SQL, and large-scale data environments\nStrong understanding of asset lifecycle governance, infrastructure assets (DC, cloud, end-user), and regulatory requirements\nExperience leveraging AI/automation for analytics, data quality, and operational efficiency\nAbility to build dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reporting \nSupport day-to-day Asset Management Discovery and Normalization processing activities across the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including onboarding, licensing, compliance, upgrades, retirement, and offboarding.\nMaintain and work with the bank’s CMDB data related to software and hardware products, Product Owners, and software lifecycle information.\nTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making, reporting, and asset governance activities.\nManage and monitor the DNA shared mailbox, including reviewing incoming requests, responding, or routing inquiries to the appropriate owner, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring requests are progressed through completion.\nPartner with Product Owners, Engineering, Packaging, Sourcing, and Evergreen Team on asset lifecycle, compliance, daily quality issues, and application support activities.\nMaintain accurate records and supporting documentation to strengthen data quality, governance, controls, compliance, and audit readiness.\nManage multiple activities and competing priorities simultaneously, maintaining appropriate follow-up and driving deliverables through completion.\nWork independently with limited oversight, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively escalating risks or blockers when appropriate.\nApply strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze issues, identify root causes, challenge inefficient processes, and recommend practical solutions.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.\nCommunicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nKey Experience / Skills\nHands-on Flexera application experience strongly preferred\nUnderstanding of the end-to-end asset lifecycle processes\nExperience supporting software upgrades, EOL/EOS management, and reporting\nExperience preparing, submitting, and coordinating RFCs\nStrong data analysis skills, with the ability to confidently work with large and complex datasets\nAbility to analyze, reconcile, validate, and interpret data, identify anomalies and inconsistencies, and drive data issues to resolution\nStrong Excel and SQL Querying skills with the ability to analyze and present data effectively\nWorking knowledge of key BNY tools and platforms, including SharePoint, Confluence, Power BI\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to effectively manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines\nStrong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills\nEffective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills\nHighly meticulous and data-driven, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality\nStrong understanding of risk, controls, data quality, governance, compliance, and audit readiness\nProactive and accountable mindset, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and follow through to closure\nAbility to identify opportunities for process simplification, continuous improvement, and automation\nAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:\nBNY Newsroom\nBNY LinkedIn\nHere are a few of our recent awards:\nAmerica’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 \nWorld’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 \n“Most Just Companies,” Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 \nOur Benefits and Rewards:\nBNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
