solutions.\nMentor and guide junior team members, supporting their technical growth and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.\nTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with significant hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.\nStrong experience architecting and developing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including custom rules, workflows, reports, plugins, and integrations.\nProven experience leading technical design, driving development efforts, and delivering complex IAM implementations in enterprise environments.\nStrong knowledge of provisioning processes, production support, root cause analysis, and remediation planning.\nExperience working with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, web services connectors, and related enterprise identity systems.\nDeep understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ database tables and strong SQL/querying skills.\nDemonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, mentor junior resources, and work effectively across cross-functional
