Reporting to the Cloud Operation Lead, in this position you will work alongside qualified, senior Cloud professionals to ensure reliability, availability and security of our Board platform. Handling support requests from all over the world, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience on Azure Cloud and learn in an international environment the best practices to deliver excellence to our customers.\nThis role requires participation in a rotating shift and on-call schedule: one week every six weeks on the evening shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM CET), and one week every twelve weeks on call (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM CET).\nKey responsibilities:\nBecome acquainted with the distinct features of Board platform and its deployment in the Azure Cloud environment \nCoordinate an effective troubleshooting process to identify and resolve Cloud issues \nOversee support requests and needs of our worldwide customers \nEnsure excellence in delivering services to our customers through timely feedback and follow-ups \nProvide help and assistance to your fellow team members to troubleshoot and fix errors \n Skills and Qualifications:Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or similar fields \nPrevious exposure to any Cloud provider will be considered a plus \nFamiliarity with Microsoft systems (Windows servers) is preferable \nProactive, detail-oriented approach \nTeamworking attitude \nGood organizational skills to meet target dates \nFluency in English \nAnnual gross salary:CHF 53,000 plus applicable shift/on-call allowances in line with company policy.\nOur commitment to Diversity and InclusionJoin a company that believes in the added value of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
