Co-ordinate and allocate work as required to meet drilling plans. Safe drilling productivity is the key KPI\n- Being the communication link between the day to day operations and the client\n- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all reporting and administrative requirements, such as safety reports, daily drill reports, site inductions, change over meetings, etc.\n- Demonstrated initiative and drive to implement best practice to achieve business outcomes\n- Liaison between field and zone regarding inventory planning and control. Maintain appropriate inventories of materials and parts required to complete projects\nEducation and Experience:\nSeveral years of experience as a drilling field employee\n- Documented Drilling Qualifications/Certifications. Understanding of multiple drilling processes and principles\n- Proven supervisory experience building respectful, cohesive teams.
