If you thrive on hard work, open skies, and working on powerful equipment, this is your fast track to high earnings, valuable trade experience, and a team that feels like family.\nResponsibilities\nAssisting with repairs on diesel powered hydraulic systems and machinery\nSupporting and assisting with diagnosis of hydraulic problems in equipment with a quick turnaround for getting rigs back in operations\nPerforming basic maintenance of equipment\nWorking safely while meeting all compliance requirements\nMinimum Qualifications\nTypically requires a HS Diploma or equivalent\nBasic knowledge of tools and mechanical systems preferred\nBasic knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations preferred or willingness to learn\nBasic knowledge of duplex and triplex mud pumps preferred or willingness to learn\nAble to list 50 pounds frequently\nAbility to work in adverse weather conditions and a demanding 14-on/7-off schedule with night shift potential.\nMust be willing to travel to field locations across the US\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment\nProficiency in Microsoft Suite\nWillingness to acquire necessary tools\nMust have a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a CDL\nMust be able to be MSHA/OSHA certified\nCompensation, Benefits and Perks\nTalented people are attracted to companies with long-term success and a supportive workplace culture that encourages work-life balance.
