status, pricing, and completion times\nReview and recommend maintenance and repair services\nPrepare estimates and obtain customer authorization\nFinalize repair orders and review completed work with customers\nFollow up with customers as needed\nHelp create the level of service that keeps customers coming back\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nSales experience or the ability to confidently recommend products and services\nDependable, organized, and able to follow through\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment\nAble to manage multiple customers and priorities at the same time\nComfortable learning and working in multiple computer systems\nProfessional appearance and communication\nValid PA driver's license\nAutomotive service
