This is an ideal opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys designing, editing, and producing high-quality marketing materials in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign high-quality marketing materials, including listing flyers, brochures, postcards, digital ads, presentations, signage, and other branded collateral.\nCreate and edit engaging video content for social media, YouTube, websites, email campaigns, and agent promotions.\nProduce graphics, animations, and short-form video content that enhances our brand and drives engagement.\nAssist with photography, videography, and post-production editing for listings, events, agent spotlights, and company marketing.\nMaintain and update company websites, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels with fresh, visually compelling content.\nDevelop and schedule social media content that aligns with company branding and marketing goals.\nEnsure all marketing materials maintain a consistent brand identity across print, digital, and video platforms.\nCollaborate with agents and leadership to create custom marketing pieces that help promote listings, personal brands, and company initiatives.\nSupport the planning and promotion of company events, recruiting campaigns, and community outreach through creative design and visual storytelling.\nOrganize and maintain digital marketing assets, templates, photos, videos, and brand resources.\nUtilize AI-powered design and video editing tools to streamline content creation and improve marketing efficiency.\nStay current with graphic design, video editing, social media, and digital marketing trends to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials.\nWhat You Bring:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field \n2+ years of marketing experience (real estate experience strongly preferred) \nProven success leading marketing strategy and driving measurable results\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills \nPreferred:\nReal experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, and AI creative tools\nReal estate license (MD or VA) \nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonus \nHealth insurance and 401(k) \nPaid time off and holidays \nOngoing professional development \nA clear path for growth within a scaling organization \nOur Culture:\nWe’re a collaborative, high-energy team that values positivity, accountability, and results.
