No mystery ingredients. No shortcuts. Just clean, thoughtfully made formula that parents can trust.\nBut Bobbie has never been just a formula company. When the 2022 national infant formula shortage left parents across the country unable to feed their babies, we closed our storefront to new customers rather than leave a single existing family without formula. We went to Washington. We got loud. And we opened our Heath, Ohio manufacturing facility to make sure something like that could never happen again.\nThat's who we are, and that's what you'd be joining.\nBobbie for Change\nOur advocacy arm, Bobbie for Change, exists because making great formula isn't enough if the systems around parenthood are still broken. We fight for paid federal parental leave, push for legislation to prevent future formula shortages, advocate for feeding equity, and support families navigating impossible situations, including donating formula to parents impacted by breast and gynecologic cancers through the Bobbie Breasties program.\nWe're a company that genuinely believes becoming a parent makes you an activist. No\nmystery ingredients. No shortcuts. Just clean, thoughtfully made formula that parents can trust.\nBut Bobbie has never been just a formula company. When the 2022 national infant formula shortage left\nparents across the country unable to feed their babies, we closed our storefront to new customers rather than\nleave a single existing family without formula. We went to Washington. We got loud. And we opened our Heath,\nOhio manufacturing facility to make sure something like that could never happen again.\nThat's who we are, and that's what you'd be joining.\n\nBobbie for Change\nOur advocacy arm, Bobbie for Change, exists because making great formula isn't enough if the systems around\nparenthood are still broken. We fight for paid federal parental leave, push for legislation to prevent future\nformula shortages, advocate for feeding equity, and support families navigating impossible situations, including\ndonating formula to parents impacted by breast and gynecologic cancers through the Bobbie Breasties\nprogram.\nWe're a company that genuinely believes becoming a parent makes you an activist. The people who work here\nfeel that too.\nCompensation:\n$65,000 - $80,000\nOur salaries are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. This role is on-site at our Heath, Ohio\nfacility, and the range above reflects that market.\nFinal offer within the range is based on experience and demonstrated project delivery.\nThe role:\nOur capital plan is bigger than our ability to track it. That's the problem you solve.\nYou'll be the operating system for the manufacturing program - schedules, budgets, purchase orders,\nvendors, documentation, change control, and the meeting cadence that keeps two project engineers and a\nplant full of stakeholders pointed the same direction. You won't own the engineering. You'll own whether it lands\non time, on budget, and with a turnover package someone can actually use.\nWhat you'll own:\nSupport the Program Manager and Project Engineers in planning and executing capital projects from\nscope definition through startup\nBuild and maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, and Gantt charts, and keep them honest\nTrack project budgets and forecasts against approved capital, and reconcile committed versus actual\nspend monthly\nInitiate and manage purchase requisitions, POs, receipts, and invoice matching, and expedite long-lead\nequipment and parts\nCoordinate contractors, vendors, and OEMs on schedule adherence, deliverables, and site requirements\nRun the meeting cadence - agendas, notes, action items, and the follow-up that makes them mean\nsomething\nCollect and organize technical documentation: drawings, spec sheets, O&M manuals, FAT and SAT\npackets, spare parts lists, and turnover packages\nRoute scope, drawing, and equipment changes through the site change control process so GMP impact\ngets assessed before work starts\nMaintain the risk and issue log, and escalate anything that threatens timeline, cost, or quality early enough\nto matter\nCoordinate contractor onboarding, safety orientation, and GMP rules for anyone working in production\nzones\nBridge project work into operations - commissioning support, qualification handoff, operator training, and\ndocumentation turnover\nPublish weekly project status and monthly capital review packages for plant and company leadership\nA good fit if…\nYou're the person who notices the long-lead item nobody ordered\nYou can chase a vendor, a controls integrator, and a shift supervisor in the same hour and keep all three\ncooperative\nYou're organized in a way other people can use, not just a way that works for you\nYou want to grow into project management and you want reps, not a title\nWhat the Heath plant is actually like\nRegulated infant formula facility - every equipment change carries a change control and often a validation\nrequirement\nActive production: projects happen around running lines, which means real constraints on when work can\noccur\nA growing capital plan with more scope than structure - you're being hired to add the structure\nYou'll gown in and walk the floor regularly; this isn't a desk-only role\nWhat we would like you to have:\nBachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, construction management, business, or a related\nfield, or equivalent experience\n1-3 years supporting projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment; food, dairy, or FDA-regulated\nexperience preferred\nStrong Excel plus MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera, or equivalent scheduling tools\nERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) for requisitions, POs, and capital tracking\nAble to read basic technical drawings - layouts, equipment general arrangements, and P&IDs\nFamiliarity with GMP documentation and change control, or the appetite to learn it fast\nExcellent written and verbal communication across the shop floor, engineering, vendors, and leadership\nComfortable running multiple concurrent workstreams and telling a leader something they don't want to\nhear\nCAPM, Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt, OSHA 10/30, or HACCP awareness training are a plus, not\na requirement\nWillingness to gown in and work in a GMP production environment, and to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally\nThe honest picture:\nRegulated infant formula facility. FDA inspects. Concrete floors, loud equipment,\ncontinuous production. You gown in every shift - hair net, no jewelry, no nail polish, no fragrances, dedicated\nfootwear. No phone on the floor. Coordination here means chasing people who are already busy, and the\nschedule you publish is the one leadership will hold you to.\nIf you want a role where the process already exists and you follow it, this isn't that - and that's okay to know\nbefore you apply.\nWhy Bobbie:\nWe're a parent-founded company that makes organic infant formula in the US. We opened our Heath, Ohio\nfacility because we believe families deserve to know who makes their baby's food and how. The people who\nrun this plant are the reason every can meets the standard.\nWork that matters - the projects you land are the ones that add capacity for families who need formula\nA clear runway: this is the role we grow project managers out of\nWe promote from within and invest in people who invest in us\nOur Core Values\nBe Radical - We are change makers, rule breakers and stigma shakers. We embrace the\nunknowns, practice humility and are a culture of learners.\nDeliver Ounce by Ounce - Our customers have entrusted us to feed their babies. We lose sleep over the\ndetails, so they don't have to.\nDon't Assume - We embrace our unique perspectives, withhold judgment, and find beauty in the paths that\nbrought us all to Bobbie. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives.\nBobbie is an equal opportunity employer. We do not make hiring or employment decisions on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status or genetic information, in compliance with applicable federal, state and local law.\nBobbie Personnel Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection","description_format":"text","description_chars":9496,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Equity","Flexible time off","Parental leave","Vision insurance"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Dairy Products","Organic Food"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-23T19:33:46Z"}],"liveness":{"score":95,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.946,"p_room":1,"age_days":6,"expected_fill_days":126,"reasons":["conf:0","urgency","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-30T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/bobbie-project-coordinator-manufacturing","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/bobbie-project-coordinator-manufacturing.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T02:42:33Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2050,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":2950,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
