The hard part: huge drawings, dense estimates, and CV output contractors check line by line, in one app that has to stay fast as we add trades.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn platform architecture end to end: APIs, data models, frontend, and infra\nMake design calls that hold at 100x usage, and document them\nLead cross-team work with CV, product, and design from scope to launch\nShip complete features yourself across the stack\nSet standards for code review, testing, and performance\nRun production on AWS and GCP, and cut operational load\nMentor engineers and raise the hiring bar\nWhat we're looking for\n8+ years building and running production web apps, frontend through infra\nDeep React and Python backend experience (Django preferred)\nYou've owned the architecture of a system that scaled to significant usage\nYou've led technical direction across teams and mentored engineers\nProduct judgment.
