This is a senior IC role with company-level scope: define where the product goes over the next 2-3 years, make the hard tradeoffs, and raise the bar for how product is built here.\nWhat you'll do\nSet the multi-year vision for takeoff and adjacent pre-construction workflows, and turn it into a roadmap\nBecome one of the deepest customer experts in the company\nLead new products from thesis to first prototype to repeatable revenue\nDecide with ML and engineering where models automate and where humans stay in the loop\nAlign engineering, design, sales, marketing, and CS on positioning, pricing, and launches\nDefine how we spec, prioritize, and run discovery, and mentor other PMs\nWhat we're looking for\n7+ years in product management, owning strategy for a product or product line\nShipped at least one 0→1 product with real customer traction\nBuilt AI/ML-driven products or B2B software for complex workflows\nStrong judgment under ambiguity, with reasoning you can explain\nYou've mentored PMs or helped build a product practice\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or the equivalent combination of education and specialized experience\nNice to have\nConstruction or pre-construction experience\nPricing and packaging work\n\nA note on pace\nWe move fast, and priorities shift as we learn from customers.
