We are Boden.\nOVERVIEW\nWe're looking for a proactive, highly organised and creatively-minded Brand Admin Assistant to support the delivery of Boden's brand experiences, campaigns, events and activations.\nThis is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll help bring brand activity to life, supporting everything from customer events and store launches to influencer experiences, partnerships and creative projects. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly while gaining exposure to the full breadth of Brand, Marketing and PR.\nLocation: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nBRAND EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS\nSupport events, launches and activations\nCoordinate suppliers, logistics and budgets\nSource samples and event materials\nSupport event delivery on the day\nCREATIVE & CAMPAIGN SUPPORT\nResearch trends and inspiration\nSupport campaign planning and ideas\nKeep up to date with social and cultural trends\nTEAM & PROJECT SUPPORT\nSupport the wider Brand team\nCoordinate meetings and project timelines\nMaintain trackers, budgets and documentation\nCollaborate across Brand, Marketing and PR\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nABOUT YOU\nPassionate about brands, fashion, marketing, culture and storytelling\nHighly organised with exceptional attention to detail\nComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nCurious, proactive and eager to learn\nConfident building relationships with a wide range of people\nAdaptable and able to respond quickly when priorities change\nA positive, optimistic team player who enjoys getting stuck in and making things happen\nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE\nPrevious experience in marketing, brand, events, PR, creative production or a related field through internships, placements, university projects or work experience\nStrong organisational and project coordination skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\nStrong administrative and planning capabilities\nAn eye for brand, aesthetics and visual storytelling\nAwareness of social media and content trends\nInterest in how AI and new technologies are shaping marketing and creative work\nOUR BEHAVIOURS\nAt Boden, how we work matters just as much as what we deliver.\nWe keep things simple.
