You're resourceful - when something's broken, you fix it or propose solutions instead of waiting for someone else.\nReady to Work, Not Ready to Wait: You're already BDEO-certified and want to put that license into practice immediately - not spend months in a training pipeline before you start making an impact.\nWhat Will You Do?\nWork in our storefronts or directly in the community, driving our mobile scan vans to community centers, gyms, workplaces, health fairs, clinics, and other locations.\nPerform DEXA scans from day one using your existing BDEO certification, backed by a hands-on BodySpec onboarding - including a team immersion week in Austin, TX - to get you fluent in our scan protocols, equipment, and customer experience standards.\nTake ownership of your events from setup to tear down, exemplifying excellence in service delivery and customer service - all while making a genuinely positive impact on dozens of people each day.\nHandle general administrative and maintenance-related duties related to our storefront, machines, vans, and equipment.\nAssist with other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.\nRequirements\nMust currently hold an active California BDEO (Bone Densitometry Equipment Operator) certification issued by the California Department of Public Health, Radiologic Health Branch.\nThis is a standing role with rolling start dates - no fixed cohort or class to wait for.\nThis role requires regular weekend work (both Saturday and Sunday). Available to work one of the following consistent schedules: Wednesday-Sunday (Monday & Tuesday off) or Sunday-Thursday (Friday & Saturday off). Event times typically run 7am-8pm depending on location; earlier start times may be required to accommodate drive time so you're on-site and ready for clients at 7am.\nAble to live in, and travel to, the Santa Monica, Hollywood, Culver City, Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank areas.\nIf you've taken standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, ASVAB, or others, we ask you to share your scores. This isn't required and won't be a sole factor in hiring, but it helps us learn more about candidates since we don't run pre-employment testing.\nValid driver's license and a driving record in good standing.\nAble to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to thrive with direct, unfiltered feedback - we'll tell you exactly what you need to improve.\nCompensation\n Base Salary: $30.69/hour ($63,835 annualized at 40 hrs/week)\n Performance Bonus: Up to 7% of base annually ($4,468) - half paid in cash ($2,234), half in stock options\n Team Revenue Bonus: $500/month when we hit monthly goals ($6,000 annually - we hit our goals 9 out of 12 months in 2025)\nTotal Cash Compensation: Up to $72,069\nEquity: Stock options through performance bonus and additional grants based on performance\nAll team members regardless of position are eligible for additional stock option grants and profit sharing based on performance.
