In this role, you will contribute to continuous improvement of our enterprise Quality Risk Management capability.\nThis position can be filled in Ingelheim or Biberach\nThis position is part time eligible with 80 %.\nTasks & responsibilities\nBring together Quality, clinical, operational, and compliance data to create an integrated view of enterprise Quality risk.\nIdentify emerging, systemic, and cross-functional risks before they become significant Quality or compliance issues.\nConvert complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for senior decision-makers.\nProvide independent Quality oversight and challenge risk assessments, mitigation strategies, control effectiveness, and risk-acceptance decisions.\nEstablish and monitor risk indicators, thresholds, trends, and escalation criteria.\nSupport Quality governance, risk-based assurance planning, management reviews, audits, and regulatory inspection readiness.\nTrack whether mitigation actions are completed and deliver the intended reduction in risk.\nMatrix-lead a team of Data Analytics Operations Managers by setting priorities, coordinating capacity, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent delivery.\nWork across organizational boundaries to embed proactive, data-driven risk management throughout the business.\nRequirements\nMaster's degree in a scientific discipline with several years of GxP experience within the pharmaceutical industry, CROs, or regulatory authorities; a PhD would be a valuable addition.\nDirect Clinical Trials experience is a must (e.g. CRA, Clinical Project Manager)\nDemonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and manage complex business risks.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into risk mitigation and continuous improvement actions.\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.\nKnowledge of quality management processes and risk-based approaches within regulated environments.\nAs part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, salary information will be shared during the recruitment process.
