Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.\n\nTroubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.\n\nPerforms validation/verification testing of systems and components.\n\nDocuments procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results).\n\nInspects components and verify repairs for flight worthiness requirements. Oversees training. Works under general direction.\n\nAbility to perform as part of a cohesive team, working toward a common goal.\n\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.\nEmployer is not willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\n4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience required, preferred on CH47F platform.\n\nMust have one of the following: Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA), Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), Avionics Technician (AME-E) licensed or Military equivalent.\n\nMust be legally able to work in Canada.\n\nMust consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment.\n\nIndividual must not pose a risk for safeguarding controlled goods.\n\nMust be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance.\n\nMust be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):\nPost-secondary education\n\nHave successfully completed a formal, CH147F type training course related to their aviation specialty taught by an acceptable training organization\n\nKnowledge of Royal Canadian Air Force Electronic Record Keeping System (ERKS) or Defense Resource Management Information System (DRMIS)\n\nActive Secret Level II Security Clearance\n\nConflict of Interest:\nSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.\nRelocation:\nRelocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
