This position is fully on-site and co-located with the HR generalist teams in our Everett factory and will primarily support managers of hourly union team members.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nAdministers Human Resources programs, systems and processes\nProvides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies\nResolves or refers HR cases on attendance, employee corrective action, and various HR process/product questions from employees and managers\nContributes to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery\nAids in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)\nWorks closely with HR COE’s to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., attendance, case management), and to support the delivery of programs\nUtilizes HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided\nDevelops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\n1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes\n1+ years of experience balancing multiple tasks concurrently and paying close attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment\n1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint\nExperience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nHuman Resources certification\nExperience with Workday and/or ServiceNow\nExperience with HR case management tools and topics\nExperience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product\nExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style\nConflict of Interest:\nSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.\nDrug Free Workplace:\nBoeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.\nPay & Benefits:\nAt Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
